ToonDates is an adult-only dating platform where users interact using toon-style avatars generated from their uploaded photos. Your original photos remain private unless you voluntarily choose to share them with another user in a 1-on-1 chat.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
“User Content” refers to any photos, text, or materials you upload to the Service.
You retain full ownership of your User Content, provided you are the lawful rights holder.
By uploading User Content, you grant ToonDates a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, analyze, transform, and create derivative works from your photos for the purposes of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service. This license does not permit ToonDates to publicly display your original photos.
You are solely responsible for the legality and rights associated with your User Content. You represent that your content complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.
“Generated Content” refers to toon-style avatars, stylized images, AI-generated derivatives, and any visual output produced by ToonDates from your User Content.
All Generated Content is owned exclusively by ToonDates. We retain full copyright and intellectual property rights over all Generated Content.
You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view and use your Generated Content within the app. Downloading, exporting, or reusing Generated Content is prohibited unless explicitly enabled by ToonDates, including as a paid feature.
ToonDates may use Generated Content for lawful purposes, including demonstrations, advertising, marketing, and improving the Service, without requiring additional consent.
You may not upload, generate, or share content that:
We may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
ToonDates provides features to block or report other users. Reported accounts may be reviewed and removed. We are not responsible for user interactions on or off the platform. Use caution when meeting people offline.
ToonDates may offer premium features, including enhanced avatars, generation tools, unlockable content, and profile boosts. Payments are processed through Apple or Google and are generally non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data. By using ToonDates, you consent to these practices.
Except for User Content, all materials—including software, branding, designs, layout, graphics, and Generated Content—are owned by ToonDates. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
We may modify, update, restrict, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. Material changes may be communicated through the app or via email.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, prohibited behavior, or legal requirements. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties. We do not guarantee matches, outcomes, uninterrupted service, accuracy of generated images, or safety of user interactions. You use the Service at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToonDates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months, if any.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ToonDates operates, unless local law requires otherwise.
